- General Power Systems – Next Generation Electrical (NGE) as the name implies supplies and installs power systems for your home or business. - Planned Preventative Maintenance – All electrical installations require periodic maintenance to ensure that they are mechanically sound and electrically continuous. NGE offers preventative maintenance packages to our customers where we inspect, test and rectify any issues with their electrical installation to minimise costly future repairs.
- Electrical Inspection & Tests - we offer a full test and inspection service to establish the safety of installations and on‐going periodic testing to identify any possible deterioration. Our certified wiremen apply for Government Electrical Engineering Department (GEED) inspections during and on completion of any installation by our electricians.
- Emergency Call-out Service - Our Company provides a 24 hour seven day a week emergency call‐out service, with a general attendance time of less than one hour. NGE has a fleet of vehicles stocked with commonly used materials for maintenance and manned by experienced wiremen to effect repairs quickly and efficiently.
- Design/Build - Our full-time, in house Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) technicians gives us an edge on the competition by allowing our customers to achieve Design/Build projects, using the best systems available within the industry. It also allows us to better execute our installations with the provision of working drawings for electricians on site and to provide customers with accurate record or as-built drawings for the electrical installation.
- Liaise with Utility Company & Other Sub-contractors - NGE takes the hassle out of dealing with the utility company by coordinating site visits and submitting applications for service supply quotations to the utility company on behalf of the client. We work closely with all other sub-contractors to ensure that all system requirements are met and any installation issues are resolved quickly.
- Work-site Temporary Installations - Construction work requires electrical power for many purposes. A Temporary Supply, or Special Event, is installed and certification is acquired from the GEED and delivered to the client, or their representative, for utility connection. Where a temporary connection is provided for construction purposes it will normally be disconnected at the time of installation of the permanent service equipment.
- Lightning Protection – We have the experience to supply and install bespoke protection systems for your electrical system and connected equipment. Protect your investment.
- Generator Installation – NGE will coordinate the supply of, or, work with your preferred generator supplier to provide a safe and seamless integration of your emergency/stand-by generator into your existing network.
- Containment for low voltage cabling – We install duct work containment for low voltage services such as Voice, Data, Video, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security, Building Management Systems, Access Control System amongst others to assist with the installation by the various specialist contractors.

- Normal Lighting – We offer lighting solutions for residential or commercial projects which meet your needs. We work with supplied fittings & fixtures or we can source from our suppliers to ensure that you have the right light for your space.
- Emergency Lighting – NGE can supply and install emergency lighting systems to meet your regulatory or preparedness needs. We’re familiar with all local emergency lighting standards and can design a bespoke system to the highest specifications.
- Lighting Control Systems – We partner with suppliers who can design and provide a lighting control system to suit your specific needs.
